Online Booking (Housecall Pro)

Our online booking form is provided by Housecall Pro, a scheduling and field-service platform that acts as our service provider. When you book online, the information you enter is submitted to Prime Appliance Repair through Housecall Pro and is also handled under Housecall Pro's privacy policy. Housecall Pro processes this information on our behalf to manage appointments and customer communications.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it to send messages about your service, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates and follow-ups.
