These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of primerepair.us and the appliance repair services and communications provided by Prime Appliance Repair ("we," "us," or "our") in Orlando, Florida and the surrounding area. By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide in-home diagnosis and repair of household appliances. Appointment times are subject to availability, and same-day service is not guaranteed. We give you a quote before starting any repair work, and no repair work is done without your approval.

Booking, Pricing and Payment

• You can book by phone at (407) 205-9526 or through our online booking portal (provided by Housecall Pro).
• Prices depend on the appliance, the problem, and the parts needed. Your quote is provided before work begins.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Guarantee

Repairs come with a 90-day parts and labor guarantee. If the same issue returns within 90 days of your repair, we come back and fix it at no additional charge.

What you will receive

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
